Does it cost me anything?

No. Finding and contacting pros is free.

What does verified mean?

We check each pro’s ID before they go live. Look for the green Verified badge. Some pros also add a police clearance for a Background Checked badge.

What if a pro does not reply?

Most reply within 24 hours. If not, message us and we will help you find someone else.

Can I trust the reviews?

Reviews come from real customers who have used the pro.

What do I get for my money?

Your own profile page, a unique link, a QR code, a lead inbox, customer reviews and a Verified badge.

Do I need a registered company?

No. Independent Pros and sole traders are welcome on the R300 plan.

Do I have to get a police clearance before I start?

No. You go live straight away with your ID. The police clearance is an optional extra you can add later for more trust.
