How reviews work

Reviews on Know a Pro come only from customers a professional has personally invited after a completed job. Each invitation is single-use and tied to that customer, so every review reflects a real, verified interaction.

Keeping reviews honest

We do not allow fake, incentivised, or self-written reviews. Professionals cannot edit or delete a genuine review. We may withhold a review while we look into a possible breach of these rules.

Moderation

Every review is checked before it is published. A professional can report a review they believe is inaccurate or unfair, and our team will look into it. We may remove content that is abusive, off-topic, or unlawful.

Leaving a review

Describe your own experience honestly and fairly. Do not include personal contact details, offensive language, or information about anyone other than the professional you dealt with.
